- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a fine dining establishment
- Must be an expert at making Dim sum
- Should be excellent at Wok cooking
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Professional Certificate in Culinary or equivalent.
- Applicants could be Asian (Malaysian, Singaporean, Chinese, Indian) citizens.
- Able to communicate in both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work on shift and able to work in a team.
- Extensive Knowledge of South East Asian Cuisine is a must
