We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team on Musket Cove Island Resort and Marina, FIji. Musket Cove is a four star island resort with 3 dining options, 55 rooms and villas, private residences plus marina facilities
As the Manager of the kitchen, he/she will be responsible for the overall management of kitchen operations, food production, supervision of kitchen staff, creation of innovative menus, hygiene standards, inventory & cost control and day to day operations.

• Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef of Executive Sous Chef
• Proven track records in food & beverage / catering operations
• Sound knowledge of culinary and food& beverage production
• Passionate in food with hands-on creative menu development skills
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Friendly & energetic personality, great team player
• Proficient in English. Both verbal and written.
• Prepared to live on island.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader and able to demonstrate a positive coaching ability and a past track record of excellent culinary success. He will have a passion for excellence, strong creative and artistic culinary skills, as well as the energy and enthusiasm to build a memorable dining experience.
