We are searching for an experienced Executive Chef or a Executive Sous Chef who is ready to step into the next position . Our Hotel the well established Sheraton Sanya yalong Bay on Hainan island has 511 Rooms with an busy operation . The Chef will be in charge of our all day dining ,Pan Asian restaurant, large BQT, lobby and pool restaurant and special event .He will supervise the Chinese restaurant team .Preferable the Chef has worked in Asia before and has Chinese language knowledge for better communications. Good hand on training skills is a must do , Hainan has soon open 11 Properties so there are plenty opportunities for talents to move on later stage to F&B Directors positions . We are an beautiful resort hotel in Sanya therefore the Position is in-house living . Unfortunate there is no international school on the island or close by .
