Job Description: This 15 bedroom establishment is seeking an experienced chef de partie with a passion for food to join our team in the kitchen. This is a full time position doing 45-65 covers max. All fresh, locally sourced (where possible) produce is used within this establishment with a very strong emphasis on seafood. Duties are having full responsibilities for the section that you are running, to make sure that all food produce and orders needed for your section are handed in to the head chef, upholding all aspects of health and safety, stock rotation, assisting the senior chefs in the kitchen and ensuring that all food produce goes out to customers to a high standards at all times.
Job Requirements: It’s essential that the chef de partie is a strong team player who is flexible and who is capable at working at a hard pace. The chef de partie needs to be well organised and experienced. The chef de partie will need to be versatile in all sections of the kitchen and have Rosette experience. It's essential the candidate is a good team player with enthusiasm and passion for cooking. The candidate needs to be focused, determined, enthusiastic, capable, hardworking and driven. They should be keen to be part of our friendly and inventive team and have a keen interest in presentation. They need to be enthusiastic with a passion and flair for their job. The candidate must have 2-3 years experience as a chef de partie, and be a completely reliable member of the team.
