The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with reasonable combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
•Currently working in the similar capacity for 2 - 3 years in a five star hotel
•Pre-opening experience is a must
•Must have middle east work experience
•Must be from Arabic, Continental & Italian kitchen' background of a five star hotel
•Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
•Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
•A good team player with a positive outlook.
