Chef de Partie for Jakarta's Liberte French Brasserie




Chef De Partie - Jakarta

( 1 position for CDP hot kitchen & 1 position CDP for Pastry)
Responsibilities:
  • Reports to Executive Chef and Sous Chef
  • To run the sections to which you are assigned in collaboration with Commis Chefs and interns
  • Clean, tidy, and efficient manner
  • Upholding all company values with great attention to detail
  • Consistently implementing the procedures you are shown by your superiors
  • Consistently working from the recipes you are provided with
  • Helping to construct junior staff member
  • Working with respect for your team mates
  • Observing food safety regulations and internal food safety policies
  • Working with the team to open and close the kitchen, receive, reject, and put orders away
  • Following the daily kitchen cleaning schedule


Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Required language: English
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position
  • Eager to learn, able to work with others, also able to think quickly under pressure
  • Fast and efficient without loss to quality and company values
