GENERAL TASKS

• Work with his/her best abilities to ensure that high quality, creativity, freshness and preparation according to set standards is given at all times.
• Follow at all times standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain set standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Ensures a clean, neat and organized working area.
• Ensure operating equipment, working utensils and all tools provided by Hotel will be kept in very good condition and will be always handled with care.
• Ensure hotel property, facilities, kitchen and all areas are kept by the associate him self in very good condition.
• Maintains a good working relationship with other associates within the hotel.
• Communicates with associates at all times during the day to day operation to ensure daily operation is covered and at its best.
? Follow HACCP and local Hygiene laws at all times
? Assist in hygiene and cleanliness around the kitchen, food production and food storage.
? Ensures standard of food quality and safety at all times during his/her duty.
? Ensure grooming and personal hygiene according to hotel policies
