Commis 1 for Bahrain's Kempinski Hotel


Contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality in the delegated section at all times. Ensure the respective section to be organised and coordinated in a way that a smooth work flow in the production and during the service times is guaranteed and the guest can be offered the highest quality. All work is carried out in line with appropriate food portion control, the departmental business plan Kempinski Grand & Ixir Hotel Bahrain City Centre guideline and service concepts.

Requirements
Education
• High School/Hotel school/ College Degree in Hotel Management 

Experience
• 1 year work experience as Commis de Cuisine II or similar position in a 5* Hotel

Skills
• HACCP awareness
• Hygiene & Quality focused service
• Ability to multi task and under pressure 
• Innovative, proactive and demonstrates commitment
• Good comprehension skills 
• Good knowledge of product specification
